INGENTA - Team

The team of INGENTA has been personally responsible for a series of transactions, not only as consultants, but also as managing directors. Such transactions included eg. a EUR100m leveraged buy-out in Italy and various (re-)financing operations under adverse financial conditions.

It includes experts in M&A, investments and renewable energy, among those internal and external professionals in engineering and economics external local project developers in various regions throughout Europe and specialised advisors for legal and tax related issues. The team is located in Germany and in Italy and is fluent in German, English and Italian.

INGENTA is owned and headed by Benedikt Struppler. Prior to founding INGENTA, he has been appointed to the executive board of a major German photovoltaic EPC contractor, where he has been responsible for utility scale projects with a special focus on building up the Italian market.

Before entering into the photovoltaic sector, he served for a family office as Managing Director of their plastic recycling activities and was responsible for a major acquisition in Italy. He started his career with a 7yrs experience in M&A consulting at KPMG Munich.
